Jocelyn Iverson

Program Officer

ocelyn Iverson joined PCI Media Impact in 2017 as a Program Officer, focusing on the Social Justice Programs portfolio and bringing her expertise in human rights, criminal justice systems and human trafficking. She previously worked at the Human Trafficking Center, an academic research institution, as a research assistant on their largest quantitative research project, in addition to heading up their communications and social media efforts. She has also worked with the Laboratory to Combat Human Trafficking on their research projects and awareness-raising campaigns in Colorado.

Jocelyn received her M.A. in International Human Rights from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver, as well as a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Washington. Prior to returning to her studies, she worked for a number of years as a paralegal, where she gained extensive knowledge of criminal justice systems and began to appreciate the need for alternative solutions to social justice issues. Whether through travel or in a great city like New York, Jocelyn enjoys learning about other cultures, art and history.
